Redefine|BDL Hotels has appointed Specialist Waste Recycling (SWR) to manage the waste across its portfolio of 56 hotels in the UK.
SWR will also assist Redefine|BDL’s Scottish based hotels in meeting the forthcoming changes to waste regulations for food waste and recycling, which are due to be enforced in Scotland as of January 2014.
