Pickled Walnut, the region’s leading catering company, has just clinched another new contract with Grange Park Golf Club in St Helens.
The new, annual £250,000, three-year deal will see the creation of six new jobs and the company, based in Wirral, handling all the in-house catering and hospitality at the parkland course.
Food@…. by Pickled Walnut
The new contract is part of a new venture for Pickled Walnut called ‘Food@…. by Pickled Walnut,’ which was created following the successful launch of a similar business at Caldy Golf Club, Wirral, at the beginning of the year.
Jamie Anderson, brand director with Pickled Walnut, said: “The success at Caldy and the commercial model employed there has proved so successful. We were therefore delighted to secure the Food@Grange Park contract for Pickled Walnut. We are also in talks with other venues looking to replicate the ‘Food@ … by Pickled Walnut’ model for themselves.”
Pickled Walnut Events
‘Food@…by Pickled Walnut’ is the latest venture for the company. Earlier this year the company launched a new events division, Pickled Walnut Events, which is also proving successful and has many new projects in the pipeline.
Pickled Walnut has also announced that it was managing all the hospitality, including the café and events catering at The Florrie in Liverpool’s Dingle and is one of just two preferred caterers at the magnificent Combermere Abbey in Whitchurch.
The company caters for 21 different venues throughout the North West for private, corporate and civic clients. They include Liverpool Town Hall; St George’s Hall, Liverpool; Combermere Abbey, Whitchurch; Hoghton Tower, Blackpool and Manchester Cathedral.
