Artisan baker and café chain, Patisserie Valerie are set to open their first in-store café in a partnership with fashion and homeware giant, Next.
The new Patisserie Valerie will open at the Cheltenham Gallagher Next store this week, has created 6 new jobs, and will offer a selection of cakes, patisserie, breakfast, lunches and beverages to eat in or take away.
The opening of the café is the first in a number of Patisserie Valerie stores due to open within Next stores across the country.
Patisserie Valerie’s CEO, Paul May said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Next at Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham.
“We aim to offer shoppers the Patisserie Valerie experience where they can relax and enjoy our famous patisserie whilst shopping at the retail park.”
Visitors to the Gallagher Retail Park will also be able to collect bespoke gateau’s and celebration cakes that have been ordered online at the Patisserie Valerie website
The first Patisserie Valerie was opened in 1926 in Soho, London by Belgian born Madam Valerie. The company now has 90 stores nationwide.
