Property Week reports that the sale of the Menzies portfolio of hotels for just over £80m may be close, revealing that Sol Zakay’s Topland is in talks to buy it.
KPMG are administrators to the portfolio of 15 hotels, appointed after parent company Cordial Hotels went into administration in May after defaulting on a £165m loan. None of the parties involved was prepared to comment.
