The founders and owners of three of London’s top restaurants, including Michelin starred Arbutus and Wild Honey, Anthony Demetre and Will Smith, have launched ADWS Consulting, a consultancy service for the restaurant industry.
ADWS Consulting will provide professional advice, support and guidance for restaurants both new and established. From helping to develop and launch a restaurant at creation, through to providing astute advice to ongoing businesses, Anthony Demetre and Will Smith will offer a bespoke service to their clients, sharing their expertise and experience, as well giving invaluable industry insight.
Anthony and Will have worked successfully together for over 15 years, having first met at Putney Bridge Restaurant where Anthony was head chef and Will, restaurant manager. They went into business together in 2006 when they launched Arbutus which was followed by Wild Honey and Les Deux Salons. Arbutus and Wild Honey both hold Michelin Stars.
Anthony and Will understand and execute every aspect of the business they are involved in themselves. They can therefore consult clients on finding and choosing the right sites, deciding on the restaurant design, menu & wine list planning, staff recruitment, training and uniforms, health, safety and hygiene and PR & marketing – ensuring they get the right ingredients to make the business a commercial success.
