Boutique cinema chain, Curzon, is to make its debut in Victoria next year, bringing the first cinema to SW1. Alongside Curzon Cinema, Land Securities has attracted new dining destinations to the area with stylish deli and café, Benugo and health conscious Leon, set to open in time for the busy Christmas period.
Benugo and Leon
The basement of 62 Buckingham Gate, Land Securities’ latest commercial development, will play host to the five screen Curzon cinema at Victoria. Benugo and Leon will take ground floor retail units at 62 Buckingham Gate of 1,450 sq ft and 1,250 sq ft respectively.
Iberica
In addition to the new openings at 62 Buckingham Gate, popular tapas restaurant, Iberica, has been confirmed as the first dining destination for The Zig Zag Building on Victoria Street. The authentic Spanish restaurant, with a contemporary twist, will take 5,340 sq ft across the ground and first of The Zig Zag Building, which comprises of 190,000sq ft of commercial offices and 35,000 sq ft of retail space. The Zig Zag Building is due for completion in 2015 and Iberica will open in spring 2015.
