Following the marketing for sale of an initial 35 Bramwell Pub Company sites by Christie + Co last week, the specialist property adviser has announced that a further 67 pubs will be brought to market on behalf of administrators at Zolfo Cooper.
The pubs are situated throughout England, Scotland and Wales and include four in London, with others in major cities like Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff. All the sites are in excellent trading locations in towns and cities, high streets and retail centres.
All 67 pubs continue to trade.

The package encompasses pubs of a very good quality, all of which are trading and all in excellent locations for future trading potential. “While we are entertaining all reasonable offers for the leaseholds, we expect to see some sizeable premiums achieved on some sites.”
