Workplace catering specialist, Catermasters, has been awarded ‘Hospitality Assured’ accreditation – the number one standard for service and business excellence in the hospitality industry – at its University of Cambridge, Cancer Research UK, Cambridge Institute site.
High quality service guaranteed
Hospitality Assured is the only standard within the hospitality sector that focuses on the customer experience and accreditation is only awarded to caterers that guarantee a high quality service to their clients.
The assessment process is rigorous. Hospitality Assured assessors evaluated the entire service provided by the Leamington-based caterer from the customers’ point of view.
Catermasters Joint managing director, Nigel Johnson, said: “Achieving Hospitality Assured status at CRUK in Cambridge shows the strides we are making as a business and highlights the strong emphasis we put on doing a great job for our customers. This is the culture we want throughout the business and we’re working to have this accreditation in many of our other sites.”
The Hospitality Assured standard is supported by the British Hospitality Association (BHA) and is fully endorsed by the British Quality Foundation as meeting the criteria set out in the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence Model.
