National independent contract catering company, Catering Academy, has won a seven year contract extension with long standing client Adams’ Grammar School.
The foodservice deal, which was originally won in 2010, includes the addition of a new catering facility to the site that will operate exclusively for the school’s 300 sixth form pupils, in an aspirational, mature and relaxed environment.
High street cafe concept
In an attempt to reduce the amount of food being purchased off site, Catering Academy created an enticing new concept that would appeal to sixth form students looking for a versatile space for both socialising and group study.
Team Academy has created a bespoke high street café concept that delivers quality produce, excellent service and value for money in order to retain custom, with grab and go snacks, daily menu variations and speciality hot drinks that will appeal to an older teen market.
