The Gold Standard Accreditation is given to properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from forty or more Business Event Host responses in the twelve month period October 2012 to September 2013.
VenueVerdict helps venues assess the quality of their meetings and events service. This completely independent, impartial service helps venues identify where they should target improvements in their customers’ experience by placing their results in the context of competitive benchmarks nationally and regionally.

The next accreditation period concludes at the end of the year, and coincides with the annual VenueVerdict awards, determined entirely by customer feedback and given to the top performing properties and groups in the country.
