Last few tickets available for the Asian Junior Chefs Challenge Awards Dinner to be held on Friday, 18 October 2013 at the Hilton T5.
The final which will see teams of students from the University College Birmingham, University of West London and Westminster Kingsway College produce an Asian menu and give a presentation on their food choices to a team of seven judges including ‘The Incredible Spice Men’ Tony Singh and Cyrus Todiwala.
The dinner will be the culmination of a frenetic day at the Hilton T5 as the three young teams of students battle it out in Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen for the title of winners of the Asian Junior Chefs Challenge. It is a great opportunity to meet some of Britain’s top Asian chefs as well as shake hands with ‘The Incredible Spice Men’. The competition, the brainchild of Cyrus Todiwala, will see the winning team spend ten days in India so that they can really experience the world of Indian cuisine and wine.
