Macdonald Hotels & Resorts has appointed Graham Campbell as new Head Chef at Macdonald Pittodrie House by Inverurie in Aberdeenshire. The hotel is one of eleven hotel’s bearing The Macdonald Hotels’ Signature Collection status.
Graham joins Macdonald Pittodrie House with responsibility for leading the hotel’s dining experience across the award-winning Mither Tap Restaurant and The Orangery – the hotel’s elegant private dining venue.
A member of Great British Chefs, Graham leads a team of five chefs, and brings with him over 16 years of industry experience within a number of prestigious restaurants and events venues, including The Monastery in Manchester, Glen Moriston Town House, Lake Mentieth Hotel in Stirlingshire, and Duisdale House Hotel. He won a Michelin Star at Ballachulish Country House at the age of just 25.
Graham commented: “Macdonald Pittodrie House is a fantastic venue, and I am delighted to get back to what I love best – hotel dining – and bringing my expertise to the table.
