On Tuesday 22 October 2013, Sue Hattersley Head of the Food Allergy Branch at the Food Standards Agency will be informing delegates of significant changes to food labelling regulations for the food service industry.
These changes will be compulsory for the food service industry in 2014 – including hospitality businesses.
