This week’s Chefs Recipe of the Week is Smoked Baby Beetroot, Mascarpone and Tarrogan Salad by Marcus Wareing and courtesy of Great British Chefs.

This beetroot salad recipe is an original and delicious take on beetroot salad from Marcus Wareing, using smoked beetroots, earthy tarragon and creamy mascarpone to create a beautiful collage of flavours. The smoked taste for the beetroot comes from Lapsang Souchong tea, which is available to purchase online through various retailers.
