The EPIC Apart Hotel, the company’s latest development in nearby Seel Street, is the brainchild of the couple behind the EPIC brand and developments, Simon and Fiona Beer. It is a new departure for them and they hope to bring a fresh perspective to this sector.
Both Simon and Fiona felt there was a real gap in the market for an upmarket Apart Hotel that appealed to customers from every walk of life, from young couples, to business people, to party groups and families.
Aged just 26 and 27 respectively, Fiona and Simon are a young couple with both experience and enthusiasm on their side, and have ensured that every detail has been planned to create apartments which are comfortable, temporary and elegant.
Best of all, the new business is in a prime location with easy access to Liverpool One and the Albert Dock, as well as a whole plethora of award-winning local bars, restaurants, and cultural zones. With Liverpool enjoying such a surge in tourism it seemed a fitting time to launch the project.
