For three days in October (7-9 October), The Centre Stage at The Restaurant Show 2013 will be home to some of the best known and respected chefs in the restaurant industry.
Inspirational names, including James ‘Jocky’ Petrie, experiential ‘punk’ chef Carl Clarke, Gizzi Ekskine, Mark Sargeant, Alyn Williams, Angela Hartnett, Luke Holder, Jason Atherton and Claude Bosi, will star in a truly exciting Centre Stage festival that will showcase and celebrate everything that is great about the UK restaurant sector.
Workshops, debates and demonstrations
The packed schedule of workshops, debates and demonstrations will see the chefs exhibiting the specific and exceptional skills, talents and expertise that have propelled them to the very top of their game. Each chef will be looking to inspire, educate and excite the audience, giving them renewed energy to take back to their own establishments, businesses and teams.
Visitors to The Restaurant Show will have a huge choice of Centre Stage features to enjoy and benefit from. As well as learning new skills and experiencing real innovation from the best of the best, they will also have the opportunity to discover what inspires, influences and drives them.
For example, Stevie Parle of Dock Kitchen will share his on-going pursuit of authenticity, and Paul Foster, John Freeman and Paulo de Tarso will relive their experience climbing the world’s tallest freestanding mountain in aid of the charity Farm Africa.
Joan Roca, head chef of the World’s Best Restaurant 2013, El Cellar de Can Roca, will also be in London to reveal what it takes to be the best in the world in a live interview.
Event held in high esteem
