For manufacturers’ equipment formally serviced by Tec Line, its investment in stock of spare parts and equipment accessories is extensive, exceeding a quarter of a million pounds, at cost, at any one time making it very highly likely that the spare parts required either by Tec Line’s own team of engineers, or needed by other service companies, will be on the shelves.
Tec Line primarily supplies OEM spare parts, but parts that are interchangeable between manufacturers equipment and are fast moving may be purchased direct from the parts manufacturers in order to offer them to our customers at best prices – sometimes staggering amounts cheaper.

The majority of parts and accessories are held in the depot at Uxbridge: from there the Stores team operates a very fast overnight courier response to parts orders received whether from service companies, end users direct, or our own Field Service engineers.
It you now provide our Stores team with a valid E-mail address and a Cellphone number we now offer to send you a ‘Predict’ text which provides advance notice of a one hour time slot within which your Parts will arrive!
A very handy service that saves your engineers a lot of hanging around without a clue how long they might have to wait, which is especially important for Field Service companies – time is money as the saying goes.
Procedure if Parts or Accessories not in stock
The ability to identify parts is essential to our ability to provide high-level service to customers for other types of equipment that Tec Line does not regularly represent.
Our expertise and diligence ensures we are able to identify which parts are required and if not in stock, immediately place orders on manufacturers.
Spare parts stocks – field service vehicles
To support the Tec Line Field Service team’s First Time Fix record, selections of most used parts are carried on service vehicles; details of parts used are presented by the engineers to our Stores depot daily and are rapidly replaced overnight.
Tec Line van stocks of parts primarily support high population equipment to ensure high first-time fix rates are maintained including:
Alto-Shaam: Banquet Carts, Drawer warmers, Cook & Hold Ovens (including Probes suitable for all generations of Cook & Hold Ovens).
Nieco: all automated Burger Broilers series plus the new MPB 84 Gas and JetFlow JF63 electric Multi-Product Flex Broilers that allow operators to conveyor-rise the production of many proteins such as Steaks, Chicken Breast fillets, Lamb, Salmon, Vegetables to give that Char-Broiled finish and taste automatically, providing product consistency and staff efficiency.
Fri-Jado: Leading world manufacturer or Rotisseries, Hot Multi-Deck Grab & Go units, hot deli counters, Modular Hot & Cold Counters, the Pop-Up Café & Carvery Pod, and Bake Ovens.
Roundup: Hi-Speed Vertical Contact Toasters; Egg Stations to eliminate staff being splashed with hot fat when cooking eggs; and the Chef-Steam Variety Steamer for fresh vegetables or pasta cooked or reheated within seconds; Dial-A-Cup cup dispensers.

Spare parts stock – planned preventive maintenance
Tec Line’s commitment to stocking spare parts is what enables the team to offer effective Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Contracts to both major groups and individual operators alike all of which are reliant on their core pieces of equipment being fully functional at all times.
Imagine Burger Kings without a working Nieco Broiler to cook their burgers? Or Carvery Operators without working Alto-Shaam Cook & Hold Ovens to cook meat joints? Or Supermarkets without Working Fri-Jado Rotisserie Ovens to cook their Rotisserie Chickens. Or a household name Sandwich company without a working Hot Multi-Deck Grab & Go to serve its Porridge/Soups/Wraps etc!
