The questions

What’s the optimum extraction time for an espresso? How do you attract new customers to your café? How should I train my staff? How do I remain ahead of the competition? Should I sell filter coffee alongside my standard hot drinks?

The answers to all these and more will be explained at a panel discussion, organised by the Beverage Standards Association (BSA) at the lunch! show in the Working lunch! Theatre

If you have any questions relating to improving hot beverages and customer services that you would like the panel to answer, please send them to info@beveragestandardsassociation.co.uk

“Although coffee culture is booming in the UK, it is important independent coffee shops are equipped with all the information they need to build a long term successful business. By providing this panel of experts at lunch!,we hope to do this.”
