The formula for the perfect roast dinner has been revealed to celebrate British Roast Dinner Week 2013.
According to UK consumers the ultimate roast comprises of: three slices of beef, three roast potatoes and two Yorkshire puddings, served with carrots, parsnips and broccoli, then smothered in gravy:

British Roast Dinner Week is back for a second year encouraging consumers to ‘toast the roast’ and prove that roast dinners – which top the list of things we love about Britain – are Not Just for Sundays.

As part of the week, which will run from 30 September to 6 October, a search has been launched to find the Best British Roast Dinner served out of home in the UK.
Consumers can nominate their favourite pub, restaurant, café or work canteen by tweeting its name and contact details to @KnorrTaste or by emailing donna@williammurray.co.uk
British Roast Dinner Week will see hundreds of hotels, restaurants and pubs across the country offering roast dinners seven days a week.
