Retail and event caterer Amadeus has been awarded the catering contract worth up to £1 million for one of Birmingham’s most iconic venues, Town Hall.
Amadeus will provide banqueting and conference catering for all commercial hire events at the city centre venue, and have worked with their award winning chef team to develop a range of exclusive Town Hall signature menus that can only be experienced at the venue.
The Grade I listed building, managed together with Symphony Hall, has an established reputation for hosting conferences, gala dinners, awards events, catwalk shows, drinks receptions, film screenings and weddings amongst other events.
Amadeus were awarded the catering contract for Town Hall following a complex six-way tender process. This follows their latest success of a £2 million contract win for the newly refurbished Library of Birmingham, located just a short walk from Town Hall.
