Job description
A great opportunity for a Head Chef has come up in this very busy restaurant in southern Sweden. Cooking a mix of Scandinavian and international cuisine for up to 350 covers, so experience in quality but high volume is essential.
Owned by the same person for over 20 years this is one of the areas most popular restaurants.
The right candidate will have a solid work history to a level of 2 AA Rosette in a similar busy environment, who can work well under pressure and lead the team from the front.
A salary of £35k is offered to the right candidate and also initial accommodation is provided.
