Job description
My client, a prestigious four AA red star hotel, based in an idyllic location in the home counties, is looking to recruit a Head Chef to manage and lead their kitchen. The hotel has a well-known two AA Rosette restaurant serving modern British cuisine, Conference and Banqueting (5 meetings rooms with the largest for 120), a Cocktail Bar, a lounge, room service and the 120 seater lawn during summer months.
The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the Team in consistently delivering the highest standards of food and service, and exceeding guest expectations within the allocated Hotel budgets. As Head Chef you will ensure our guests receive a gastronomic and memorable experience.
We are looking for an exceptional, passionate, creative and committed individual who will bring their creative and inspirational flair to our team. Experience as a Head Chef in a similar minimum 2 Rosette Hotel establishment is essential.
You will be passionate in creating a profitable business together with a desire to create exceptional 5 star cuisine. As the inspirational and motivational driving force behind the kitchen operation you will be the leader behind everything from creating imaginative menus to effectively managing and inspiring your team.
