Contract catering specialist, Catermasters, has strengthened its position in the B&I sector after completing the acquisition of Bite Catering Limited.
Catermasters has been actively looking to increase its presence in and around the London area and sees the acquisition as a significant step towards achieving this goal, with Bite currently employing 55 and operating eight contracts in London, the Home Counties and the South East with a turnover of approximately £2.2 million.
Catermasters joint managing director, Nigel Johnson, said: “Bite is a much smaller company than Catermasters but its approach to workplace catering and general business model is very similar to ours.
