Construction Enquirer reports that London’s highest hotel in the Shard tower will not be opening on schedule: fit-out work is over-running substantially.
The fit-out, for the luxury hotel, is between floors 34 and 52, and the hotel does not expect to open until September at earliest.
First bookings – and you might expect strong demand for a hotel in such a position – may begin in June.
