Ingredients for 4
- 240 g long grain rice
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 onion , sliced thinly
- 450 g rump steak , thinly sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 200 ml Philadelphia Simply Stir Mushroom
- 250 g broccoli florets or a vegetable of your choice
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the pack.
- Whilst it is cooking, heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes to soften, add the beef and fry for 4-5 minutes until browned on all sides. Sprinkle in the paprika and stir through the meat.
- Reduce the heat, add the Simply Stir and heat through for 1-2 minutes, stirring well. Cook the broccoli florets in a little boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender, drain.
- Serve stroganoff over cooked rice with the broccoli florets or a vegetable of your choice.
