As the new management team approaches the end of the first quarter of its third year since taking over the ailing business, there’s more good news for the business with the launch of the brand’s “Stage Two new La Tasca design” at the Trafford Centre coupled with its first new acquisition in New Brighton performing way above expectations.

- The restaurant achieved an average of 95% for its food quality and service levels over the past 12 months

Scores on the Doors: La Tasca celebrates high scoring food hygiene ratings
La Tasca restaurants, which has restaurants across the UK has achieved one of the highest ratings for food hygiene and restaurant standards:
- La Tasca achieved an average level of over 4 out of 5 in the Scores on the Doors scheme, which is an organisation, which publishes food hygiene information on the web, listing more than 420,000 food premises
- The Scores on the Doors looks at the structure of the establishment including cleanliness, layout, condition of structure, lighting, ventilation, facilities etc
