It’s Friday and that means fish, so we’ve gone to our favourite recipe site and on Great British Chefs there is a fabulous recipe collection for Cod Loin. So without further ado here’s a taster to start from Mark Jordan, fillet of cod with poached hen’s egg, crushed Jersey Royals and chive butter sauce.
