Sodexo Prestige’s multi-million pound contract has been extended for the delivery of both soft and hard FM services to ING Bank at its UK headquarters in the capital.
The three-year contract, worth nearly £5 million per annum in turnover, will see Sodexo Prestige continue to provide a full FM service offer including soft services like catering, cleaning, reception, switchboard and help desk, as well as managing hard services like mechanical and electrical engineering.
Sodexo Prestige has a staff of 80 delivering fully integrated facilities management at ING Bank’s offices at 60 London Wall in London.
The original contract with ING Bank in the UK started more than 25 years ago when the company provided catering services only, but the partnership has grown from strength to strength over the years.
Chris John, managing director, Sodexo Prestige and Corporate Services, UK and Ireland, said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our long-standing relationship with ING Bank and working together successfully integrating a full FM service model. Our achievement has been made possible by working in a true partnership with the client, understanding their needs and working hard to help them achieve their strategic objectives.”
Mike Smith, head of premises and facilities at ING Bank, said: “Sodexo Prestige has committed to approach the new contract with the same enthusiasm that they have demonstrated in the past. The team share our commitment to creating an excellent working environment and always rise to the challenge of continuous improvement.”
