Sleep Park Fly at Premier Inn

By James Russell: Sleep Park Fly at Premier Inn

May 9, 2013

Premier Inn has been voted the best hotel chain for pre-flight stays according to a new report published by Which? magazine, beating off stiff competition from the likes of Holiday Inn and Hilton Hotels.  With a customer satisfaction score of 82%, the hotel chain was rated for good value, customer service and location, and achieved the maximum five-star rating for value for money.

Premier Inn has over 4,000 rooms located at UK airports, with Gatwick alone having eight hotels within a five-mile radius, including Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal), which is situated directly opposite the North Terminal main entrance.

Sleep, Park, Fly package

Premier Inn offers a Sleep, Park, Fly package at the four biggest UK airports – a hassle-free parking service, which provides guests with complimentary parking on the night of their stay (excluding Gatwick North Terminal) and a choice from a 2-4, 5-8 or 9-15 day parking package in an offsite car parking facility which has round the clock security surveillance.

The Sleep Park Fly package, available 365 days a year, has now launched at London Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Stansted airports.

A Premier Inn spokesperson commented “We are always looking at ways to go the extra mile for our guests – the new Sleep Park Fly package at our airport hotels is your passport to a relaxed, hassle free flight. The results of the Which? report highlight we are on the right track in achieving our goal of providing outstanding customer service at a fraction of the cost.”

Premier Inn also offers guests a unique industry promise of a Good Night Guarantee, where guests are guaranteed a good night’s sleep or their money back.
