De Vere Village Urban Resorts is launching a new Italian restaurant brand called Vinny & Vito. The restaurant, which will launch within selected properties from March 2013 is aimed at appealing to De Vere’s increasingly broad variety of guests.
Under the roof of each Village Urban Resort is a state-of-the-art Velocity health and fitness club, a large pool, an extensive choice of dining options from traditional Victory Pub+Kitchen and the Verve Bar+Grill, to the Victory Chop and Ale House.
The new Vinny & Vito restaurant will be available in selected resorts, and will provide healthy, rustic pasta and pizzas served up in a traditional Italian fashion, aiming to satisfy the palates of family, group and corporate guests.
The restaurant will be introduced into four De Vere Village locations initially, before being rolled out to other locations throughout the year, and starting with Swansea (6 March), Manchester (20 March), Manchester Bury (20 March) and Cardiff (1 May).
