Bramwell Pub Company Spring/Summer Menu arrives

By James Russell: Bramwell Pub Company Spring/Summer Menu arrives

April 11, 2013

The Bramwell Pub Company will launch its new Spring/Summer menu on Tuesday 16 April.   The menu sees an emphasis on snacking and sharing options; the introduction of new, value for money offers across food and drink; additional dishes on the ‘Big Eat’ section and a focus on the best selling dishes, improving them even more.

‘Lighter dishes’

Also new to the menu is a ‘Lighter Dishes’ section which has been introduced for those who are looking for healthier options when dining out.  This includes a new and delicious Super Feta salad and Hot Thai noodles, just two of the dishes on the menu that are under 500 calories.

In consultation with customers

Kate Eastwood for the Bramwell Pub Company said: “The menu has been created in consultation with our customers so we’re delivering the dishes that they want to see on a pub menu.  Our research has shown our customers like a good range of sharing and snack options which they can enjoy over a drink or two when they visit our pubs, so we’ve introduced new platters to cater for that occasion as well as complementing our existing range.

“A number of our best-selling dishes have been enhanced including the Fish & Chips which are now made using a new beer-batter recipe, making the batter lighter and crispier, encasing the fish to ensure it tastes great.  The Hunters Chicken is now basted in BBQ sauce whilst it’s char-grilled, making it succulent and mouth-watering and all of our sandwiches and jacket potatoes will be served with our handmade coleslaw.  All burgers will be served in a buttery brioche bun with a new special burger sauce, and we’ve added a new burger to the range, the Ultimate Messy burger – a double beef burger topped with Monterey Jack cheese, bacon, chilli, jalapenos, fried egg and onion rings.

“For customers watching their waistlines, they can easily pick out the dishes that are under 500 calories.  Or, if customers are looking for our great new deals, which include a classic burger and a drink starting from £4.99; nachos and a bottle of wine for £10 after 5pm everyday and two meals from £6.49, they can be found on the back of the menu.”
