The five star The Royal Horseguards hotel has appointed Sergio Labarile as Restaurant Manager for the hotel’s award-winning fine dining restaurant, One Twenty One Two.
In his new role, Labarile will be responsible for working closely with Head Chef Ryan Matheson and Head Pastry Chef Joanne Todd, to maintain the outstanding reputation and historical pedigree of One Twenty One Two. Sergio brings 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the role, having worked at many prestigious London restaurants including Sketch and Hibiscus.

The Royal Horseguards is a 5* property overlooking the River Thames at Embankment.
