Job Title: Relief Managers Required
Cummins Mellor recruitment require Temporary General Managers, Assistant Managers and Duty Managers, to work throughout the UK at various locations. Relief managers will be required to work in 3/4 star corporate hotels, country house hotels and fine dining restaurants. You must have a minimum of 18 months previous experience and have good man-management skills. As a manager you will liaise with Senior Management as well as the Kitchen team to ensure smooth running of the restaurant service/functions. Good customer service skills are essential to ensure guest satisfaction.
