By James Russell: Port of London Authority building begins conversion to hotel

March 8, 2013

10 Trinity Square, once the familiar home of the Port of London Authority, has begun the process of conversion in to a luxury hotel and spa.

The building was purchased back in November 2010 by KOP properties from Singapore, and the conversion of the Grade 2 listed building includes a new glazed roofing structure above it and its courtyard.

The building will include up to 37 serviced luxury flats, and construction will begin in the coming weeks.
