Building.co.uk reports that the site for Gary Neville’s hotel in Manchester is about to see action.
Contractors Galliford Try have fought off competition to win the £12 million construction contract to build the ten storey, 138 bedroom hotel – complete with 5-a-side rooftop football pitch.
The hotel, which is sited next to Manchester United’s Old Trafford Stadium, should see construction work starting very soon if it is to meet its completion date in Spring 2014.
