Urban Realm reports that Boclair House, Bearsden is to be converted into a boutique hotel after its purchase by WPH Developments Limited and Westpoint Homes.
The Tudor-Gothic landmark is grade B listed and was previously used as offices by East Dunbartonshire Council.
Building is expected to begin later this year.
