• 3 year parts and labour warranty with a “no-bills” guarantee during the warranty period.
• 3 planned preventative maintenance visits during the warranty period, 1 visit annually.
• Six (6) monthly exchange of carbon filter, with fitting undertaken by customer – terms apply¹ (see below)
• Site survey by Meiko UK technical services department upon receipt of machine order.
• Disconnection of redundant machine and tabling (if applicable) and removal from customer premises.
• Installation of the new machine to within one (1) metre of terminated and isolated services.
