Recognising the value of front of house skills, Vivek Singh’s modern Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Kitchen, has appointed Jerome Liger as its new restaurant manager. With a career in the hospitality industry that spans more than two decades, and experience in some of the world’s finest Michelin-starred establishments, the appointment bolsters an already impressive team at Vivek’s City-based outpost.
Jerome has been tasked with supporting general manager Jean-Luc Giquel and overseeing the day-to-day running of the front-of-house. His wealth of experience, commitment and exacting standards will ensure that Cinnamon Kitchen’s reputation at the forefront of innovative Indian dining is maintained.
After studying accountancy in his native France, Jerome first found his calling in the fine-dining world as Chef de Rang at Alain Passard’s three-starred L’Arpège. He honed his skills for a number of years around Europe then relocated to London in 1998. His passion for the highest quality service landed him positions with Gordon Ramsay, Marcus Wareing and as General Manager at Marco Pierre White’s Criterion Restaurant.
