This week’s Recipe of the Week is Crab, Cheddar and Chive Omelette by Nathan Outlaw and courtesy of Great British Chefs

For Farmhouse Breakfast Week, you can’t beat an omelette.  Although we may be more used to seeing Nathan Outlaw in the omelette challenge on Saturday Kitchen, here’s an omelette that we are happy not to see made in record time.  This is a wonderful recipe chock-full of delicious stuff: crab meat, potatoes, cheddar cheese.

In addition to breakfast this crab omelette would make a fabulous savoury brunch or light lunch option that goes well with salad leaves or even soup.
