This week’s Recipe of the Week is Citrus Cured Salmon by Adam Bennett and courtesy of Great British Chefs

The perfect starter for a lavish dinner party. Adam Bennett’s citrus cured salmon is rounded off with caviar.  The citrus flavours of   pink grapefruit and orange are offset perfectly with the spicier juniper berries and white peppercorns.  Avocado puree also adds great colour to this elegant dish.  This dish only takes 30 minutes to prepare, but will have a lasting impression on your guests.
