Construction is scheduled to begin now at Sandford Springs Golf Club, Kingsclere, Hants for a new hotel, due to open in September 2013. With 40 spacious twin rooms, a breakfast buffet area and a relaxation zone – this 3 star hotel at Sandford Springs will be a sophisticated addition to the Hampshire hotel scene.
The hotel will be overlooking the 11th green and 12th tee on The Wood course and will be less than 200 yards from the main clubhouse. The clubhouse will also see a major refurbishment including new changing rooms and kitchen.
Work is being carried out by Leadbitter Construction and this development will create an estimated 20 jobsfor the local community, as well as attract visitors from across the world.
