Open Days being held in West London and Portsmouth
Are you currently a chef of any grade, with a passion for fresh produce? Are you driven and looking to constantly improve? And are you looking for the next step up in your career?
Family-run London and South East pub operator Fuller’s is looking for people passionate about food to work in their outstanding kitchens.
Fuller’s currently has 385 pubs in their estate, mainly in London and the South East, but also reaching from as far as Birmingham and Bristol to the Isle of Wight and Brighton.
Paul Dickinson, Head of Food, Fuller’s Managed Pubs and Hotels, is looking for passionate, hard-working, creative individuals, who are keen to progress.
“I want to build an even stronger team than we have at the moment in each of our pubs,” explains Paul, “We’re not just after leading chefs, we also want strong sous chefs and kitchen staff to train and mould into the next generation of cooking legends, and to provide each and every customer that comes through our doors with brilliant, delicious food.”
Each Fuller’s pub food offer is individual, and if successful, you will have a creative input into each freshly-cooked, inventive and inspirational dish on the menu. As it is important to have the right equipment to do the job, all Fuller’s kitchens are fully kitted out and use modern cooking techniques.
Training with Fuller’s includes:
· Head Chef induction (Company policy within first month)
· E-Learning Food Safety for kitchen staff (Delivered via P.C. requirement within first 3 months)
· Level 3 Food Safety for supervisors
· E-learning Health and Safety at work
· In-depth Chef Scholarships (BIIAB Levels 1,2 & 3)
