The Resto des chefs by Jean-Philippe Nuel: for the very first time, this open-plan kitchen space will reflect the various aspects of a restaurant – the decor, the latest products, kitchen equipment, culinary creativity, restaurant service etc. – under actual conditions! Every day, over 150 meals will be served Live by a different chef.
The Bar OFF: an event-driven bar for networking! Opened each evening from 6.30 p.m. in Pavilion 7.4, this convivial space will offer visitors, manufacturers, key influencers and buyers the opportunity to meet and extend the show experience in a welcoming atmosphere. 5 international chefs will be offering a “snacking chic” menu: André Chiang (Singapore), Adam Perry Lang (US), Julio Barbe (Spain), Bertrand Grebaut (France) et Philippe Conticini (France).

Focus on spot: the Studio Déco and the Studio VIP, truly innovative showrooms and sources of inspiration for architects and designers that will interpret the latest design trends in the hospitality industry.
The Studio Déco by Elisabeth Leriche and Vasken Yegahayian: this showroom will propose an “OPENHÔTEL” experience inspired by an “outdoor hotel” concept where nature is key and boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred. This new approach will introduce the idea of sedentary nomadism, the alternation between private and public, countryside and city, camping and glamour. This flexible and relaxed style of hospitality allows guests to experience tranquility, a new state of wellbeing, and harmony with the environment
The Studio VIP by Francesca Avossa: this trends area will be focusing on decor and design. The architecture of the space will showcase cutting-edge products of some of the most innovative brands participating in the show (e.g. upholstery fabrics, wall-covering and furniture).
