This wondrous chocolate torte recipe from Shaun Hill of The Walnut Tree Inn will taste as good as it looks. Shaun recommends using 70% Amedei “chuao” chocolate or dark cooking chocolate. Drizzle in chocolate sauce if you want an added level of richness.
