Roomzzz Aparthotel UK is opening a new £5M Aparthotel in Newcastle in two phases and with an end value of over £5m, as well as expanding its Manchester City location.

We are investing a further £500,000 into the development of an additional 11 apartments in our Manchester CITY location in order to help cope with demand.”
Newcastle
Roomzzz Aparthotel is currently undertaking the restoration of Friar House – one of Newcastle’s most historic buildings, a large Georgian House originally built in the 1700’s – in the City Centre of Newcastle. The building is grade II listed and is being adapted to house 44 lifestyle-led, luxurious apartments and suites as part of the completed development. Phase 1 is on schedule to be open in November 2012 with rooms on sale now.
Historic relics from the house such as a bank vault, the cast iron range from the servants’ quarters and sweeping grand master staircase which has been beautifully restored, all feature prominently within the apartment designs.
