The hospitality world overflowed with emails yesterday when it was discovered that – for an hour or so – the Michelin website had sprung a leak and was showing its 2013 rankings a week ahead of schedule.
The headlines go to the new winners of 2 Michelin stars: Simon Rogan’s L’Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria, Michael Wignall at the Latymer at Pennyhill Park in Surrey, and Pierre Gagnaire and Mourad Mazouz’s Sketch in London.
