Havard Tisdale is currently inviting tenders for the construction of a £100 million development at Terrace Mount Car Park, Terrace Road in Bournemouth. Tenders are due to be returned on the 9th August 2012.
The development includes the construction of 3 blocks comprising upmarket hotel with ancillary function rooms, leisure facilities and food and drink; three star hotel; 59 flats; and parking for 224 cars (150 for public use).
Work is expected to start in late 2012.
