This chocolate tart recipe brings in the fresh flavour of lime with the spicy kick of chilli for a fantastic finish to any meal. Robert Thompson from the Isle of Wight has won nearly every accolade imaginable since starting his career in 1997 – and he’s only 28. Inspired to cook by brother Patrick, he acquired a love of cooking at 10 years old.
