Lancaster London has been awarded a place on Expedia Insider’s Select List for 2012, an annual ranking of the best hotels worldwide. Out of 130,000 hotels linked with Expedia, only 650 were given this prestigious award, and Lancaster London was one of just 14 UK hotels to make the list.
The Insiders’ Select List is based largely upon feedback from more than 500,000 Expedia customer reviews received during 2011, so it is a strong indication on quality experience and customer service.
