Chefs Etc Ltd is representing a luxury Red Star Hotel in Scotland. We are currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join this well established team led by an experienced and very talented Executive Head Chef.

With various food outlets ranging from an award winning restautant to room service to a busy C & B trade this is a very hands on role and experience of quality and volume are essential as is experience of a multi outlet standards driven operation as this property is at the highest level.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Executive Head Chef to produce exceptional cuisine for the fine dining restaurant, room service, private dining and banqueting.

This is NOT a short term or seasonal role, this establishment looks to develop people – especially key people – who are going to a part of their long term future.
